Another Sky Sports edit. Sorry, guys. We’ll go back to the original full-length USA network feed for the rest of the year. This week, you miss out on not one, but two matches. This means I must give you the missing results in Eric Bischoff fashion. I want to let all you fans with the clicker in your hand know what is going on over at the World Whining Federation. Stuck in the 1980s much? Oh my. Are they trying to put us to sleep? What is the deal. Come on. Okay, now that we got that out of the way…

Most of you insiders reading this probably already know the story, but this is the infamous evening where Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels – both scheduled to appear on the program – got into a legitimate argument backstage. Apparently, the argument that started all of this was Bret confronting Shawn over his comments about Bret having “Sunny days” crossing the line a couple weeks back. Once they started fighting, Shawn got a hunk of his hair pulled out of his head and walked out of the company for the second time in four months this time claiming unsafe working conditions and threatened to leave the WWF for good to go work with his “real friends” over in WCW. Nothing concerning the off-screen altercation was mentioned on the air until the following week when the WWF tag team belts were declared vacant for the third time in three years.

TONIGHT: Vince is thinking about the Royal Rumble while Sunny lounges on a pool table in some lingerie. Undertaker might be the next WWF champion this Sunday, but first he’s got to deal with an evil dentist. Also, Goldust has an interview, but can he contain himself this close to the Royal Rumble when he finally gets his hands on Razor Ramon? Dok Hendrix says the WWF IC champ Razor Ramon is on his way to the arena to ensure some man-on-man violence if Goldust tries to go too far with him. Plus, we’ll stop by Billionaire Ted’s Wrasslin’ Warroom to see what those goofs are up to this week. Let’s get RAW and find out what happens, folks.

Your hosts are Vince McMahon & Jerry Lawler. There’s a band! There’s cheerleaders! It’s everything you would want in a wrestling show. Except if you loved football THIS much, you would be watching one of the bowl games instead of this anyway. Of course in wrestling, you never let logic get in the way of an idea.
