WWF Champion: Steve Austin (6/29/1998)
Intercontinental Champion: The Rock (12/8/1997)

European Champion: D’Lo Brown (7/20/1998)
Light Heavyweight Champion: TAKA Michinoku (12/7/1997)

Before we see the RAW intro, we catch up with Mankind pacing around backstage carrying a chair and talking to himself about knowing the truth and how he can’t handle it. He continues to pace up some stairs until we can no longer see or hear him. He’s a MESS.

They show a video package highlighting the Undertaker and Kane’s complicated relationship and how Mankind getting waffled with chairs and TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVERS on the floor are getting in the middle of it all. In case you missed Sunday Night Heat, Undertaker posed as Kane and assaulted Mankind, thus furthering the belief there’s collusion between the two Brothers of Destruction. We might find out just what the hell is going on tonight on RAW!

WWE: The Best of WWE – The Best of Yokozuna

WWE Network
THE BEST OF WWE: The Best of Yokozuna
Runtime: 3 Hours

  • Yokozuna (w/Mr. Fuji) vs. Koko B. Ware – (WWF Monday Night Raw, 1/11/93)

From the first episode of RAW. Koko is part of the High Energy tag team with Owen Hart at the time, while Yokozuna was squashing everybody in his path. Literally. WHOA! Rob Bartlett is the first to drop an “A” bomb on Raw. Koko tries his hardest just to knock Yoko off his feet, but it just isn’t going to happen. Yoko avoids a charge and sends Koko throat-first to the top-rope. Like a one-handed hotshot. Yoko follows up with the Leg Drop, the Avalanche, and the BANZAI DROP to pick up the win. (3:45) B. Ware of Yoko. Seriously, this guy will CRUSH you. ½* Read the rest of this entry

WWE – Unreleased: Never Before Seen Matches (DISC THREE)

WWE – Unreleased: Never Before Seen Matches
1986-1995
Disc Three

AT FIRST GLANCE: We pick up where we left off on disc two at WrestleMania 9. The 1993 stuff (besides one glaringly obvious match) looks pretty weak, but you never know. I’m interested in seeing these two ladder matches. Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart teaming up against Jerry Lawler and Hakushi could be a hidden gem. No matter what, this should be a fun way to wrap up the set.

Your hosts are Charly Caruso and Sean Mooney.
