They start the show with a flashback to last week’s Thunder when Vincent (or Vince as he wants to be called now) proclaimed he was the new leader of the nWo B&W (while wearing an nWo Wolfpac t-shirt) and realized he was being filmed. As it turns out, the people watching him were the nWo Wolfpac dudes (Hogan, Nash, etc.) hanging out in their limo. They did not look happy and let the crew know what time it is.

WCW World Television Champion: Chris Jericho (8/10/1998)

Right off the freaking bat we get a SUPER patriotic start to the show because Hollywood Hogan – the guy WCW has vilified as an evil human being for the past 2+ years has announced he’s running for POTUS – and we really want to encourage that. I tell ya, Jesse Ventura becoming the new Governor of Minnesota might actually have been the worst thing to happen to wrestling because wrestling never knows when to quit – and this is a perfect example of that. Since they haven’t had much major “media attention” over the past couple months, they have clearly missed it.

Before we get started, we see Hollywood Hogan, Eric Bischoff, the Giant, and the Disciple all react to their dressing room being vandalized by the “OWN” or “One Warrior Nation”. When they leave to go to the ring to confront Warrior, Vincent comes up telling them that members of the nWo B&W have been taken out in an ambulance as see an ambulance leave the arena. Hollywood Hogan is having the WORST DAY EVER! The crew now head to the ring looking for the Warrior. Hogan confirms that Brian Adams and Scott Norton were the ones in the ambulance. Hogan randomly brings up Bret Hart and kicks him off the team for Wargames and replaces him with the Giant since Bret dared to put his hands on the “GOD of wrestling”. Back to Warrior, Hogan says Warrior will have to prove himself worthy before Hogan accepts a match with him. Hogan believes the Disciple would die for him and says there’s no way Warrior can get through the Giant. Hogan calls for the Warrior one last time to show himself, but there’s no Warrior.

They show what happened after they went off the air at Spring Stampede. As Kevin Nash and Randy Savage stand in the aisle facing the crowd with their arms raised and the championship belt in their possession, Hollywood Hogan and the Disciple attack them from behind with a ball bat. Of all people, Scott Norton comes out and yells at Hogan about what he had just done. When some more nWo boys appear, Norton tells Hogan that the belt is back with the nWo and we need to keep it there. WELL, LOOK AT THE BALLS ON SCOTT NORTON~! Schiavone is certain there is a definite split in the nWo. Gee, what gave it away, Tony?
