Glad to see that the Vengeance PPV brand is back! He may have killed himself and his family, but Chris Benoit will not (will not I say!) tarnish the good name of WWE Vengeance forever!

Since we last left you, Triple H’s Raw duties have now become the duties of John Laurinaitis thanks to Mr. McMahon. Also, the Miz and R-Truth have been rehired and scheduled to face the team of Triple H and CM Punk, while the Big Show returns to Smackdown (pimping an AWFUL looking new t-shirt) with a fiery vengeance (!!) that will be laid upon Mark Henry.

Footnotes:
[1]: At WrestleMania XXV on April 5, 2009, Carlito & Primo Colon defeated The Miz and John Morrison to unify Smackdown’s WWE tag team championship with Raw’s World tag team championship.
[2]: Edge and Chris Jericho were given a last-minute WWE unified tag team titles shot right before a scheduled title defense between The Colon brothers and Ted DiBiase Jr. & Cody Rhodes, thus creating an impromptu triangle match. Edge brought the match to an end once he pinned Carlito after a Spear to secure the unified tag team titles for himself and Chris Jericho.
[3]: This was a triple-threat elimination match including CM Punk & Luke Gallows. They were eliminated first by Shawn Michaels pinning Punk, but then the Miz pinned Michaels to secure the tag team titles.
[4]: Cody Rhodes & Drew McIntyre won the unified tag team titles in a tag team turmoil match which also included the former tag champs the Hart Dynasty, the Usos, Santino Marella & Vladimir Kozlov, and the team they actually defeated to win the tag titles Evan Bourne and Mark Henry.
[5]: This was a fatal four-way elimination match which also included the former tag champs Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel, the Usos, and Mark Henry & Yoshi Tatsu. However, a timely distraction from John Cena helped Santino pin Gabriel to defeat the Nexus and secure the unified tag team titles.

Extreme Rules 2011 Review

I decided that I was going to do current WWE PPVS for now and then decide what else I would like to do as well. Sorry for all you TNA lovers, but I honestly cannot watch their PPVS. There isn’t a drug in this world that can keep me entertained while watching TNA and coherent. I’ll think about doing ROH PPVS, but I wouldn’t hold my breathe for those either. I haven’t been excited for anything ROH has done in along time. Now I present to you some of the most insane, sadistic and unadulterated extreme rules ever bundled into a show, EXTREME RULEZ!!!! Wrestlemania 27 Review

I just wanted to post something on here and since I just watched the DVD, I thought why not post a Wrestlemania 27 review. For future stuff, I am still debating on what to do. I’ve been thinking of doing Memphis stuff or SMW stuff but the material is so hard to find. I also thought of doing NWA stuff but I realized it would be dumb because Matt has already done them. If any of you readers have any suggestions, please notify me.

Rock opens the show playing cheerleader trying to get the crowd into it. A very mediocre Rock promo that at times got hokey and annoying. It went on way too long clocking in at almost 20 minutes. What frustrated me the most was they cut out Sheamus and Daniel Bryan for a promo that went nowhere. Read the rest of this entry
