HOUR NUMBER ONE! Your hosts are Tony Schiavone, Larry Zbyszko, and Mike Tenay. Tony announces that the Sting versus Hogan match has been signed for December. Weird that he never mentions the word “Starrcade”. The contract signing took place this past Tuesday night during the Assault on Devil’s Island TV movie starring Hollywood Hogan, Carl Weathers, and that blonde chick from all the Cinemax movies who married Gene Simmons. Anywho, Tony gives Hogan some credit mentioning that the premiere was one of the top four highest-rated cable TV movies in the history of our sport. Earlier today while Don West was waiting outside for Raven to come to work, Samoa Joe walks by with his blood soaked towel and AJ written on his taped fist. Don wants to know why he’s here (since he’s not booked), but Joe says nothing and walks away. Hey look, it’s Bobby Heenan! Why is he here? It’s Spike TV! It’s iMPACT! Some baseball players from the world champion Chicago White Sox will be here (next Thursday night?), and he’s a Chicago kind of guy. Why is he even talking to Don West? Bobby walks off to do something else. I can’t understand what he says though. Guess it was just a punchline and doesn’t really matter.

Footage of last Sunday night’s Genesis PPV is shown. CHRISTIAN CAGE DEBUTED. Abyss and Sabu battled with barbed wire. Kip James dressed in totally inappropriate Shawn Michaels referee gear called the 3LK/Team Canada fair and square. Samoa Joe ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED Christopher Daniels after the Elimination X match – blood and everything as AJ Styles watched on. Plus, Christian Cage totally duped Team Canada and helped Team 3D defeat Planet Jarrett with a 3D through a table on Jarrett. If I get a copy of that show, I’ll be glad to do a recap because it’s a GREAT PPV if I remember correctly.
